On the brink

As I start my adventure within the next week or two, I’m excited and a bit frightened. Usually when I start a journey, I have friends that are willing to just pick up and go. But not this time, I’m currently looking for WWOOFers on the forums so that I might have a better chance at finding someone to share the same dream of zig-zagging through the country. It’s off to a slow start, but with persistence I know that I’ll eventually find the right farm for me. Waiting on replies, I am still stuck in my own head. So here I am again Dear Reader.

What would be most helpful for me is a long-term stay at one of the host farms and I’m willing to learn everything that I can so that I might be able to share the information with my family. Knowing that I can provide for them one day gives me hope, but until then, I’ll have to rough it out as I always have and just attain the skills and knowledge that comes with the travelling experience. And I know I’ve been saying this a lot recently, but it is in my mind that putting stuff on the interverse(universe+internet hehe) can help me manifest what it is that I want out of this. I miss my friends, and I don’t want to be alone any more. But as you have said, Dear Reader, it can only get better from here on out. It’s already been worse, but now is the time for change. And it is in my nature to endure.

Thank you Dear Reader for stopping by. You have been a great help and I wish you the best on your own journey and walk of life! Happy farming! Back to the forums I go!
